77z7 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 77z7 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your access to and use of the 77z7 website, mobile platform, applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services"). The Platform is accessible at https://77z7.app and any subdomain thereof.

By completing the registration process, logging into an existing account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any portion of the Services, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Services and close your account.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted exclusively in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and a translation (if any is made available for informational purposes), the English text shall prevail in all respects.

77z7 reserves the absolute right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least seven (7) days' notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending a message to the email address registered on your account. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

Access to and use of the Services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, each of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and must continue to be satisfied throughout the duration of your account.

2.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register an account or to use any of the Services. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. Players who are found to be under the age of 18 will have their accounts closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and deposited funds may be returned at the Platform's sole discretion after verification of the player's identity and applicable compliance obligations.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Services are directed towards players located in Bangladesh. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services is lawful under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of use. 77z7 makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in any jurisdiction other than Bangladesh.

2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. If you are subject to any court order, legal restriction, or other condition that would prevent you from entering into binding agreements, you are not eligible to use the Services.

2.4 Not a Compulsive Gambler. You confirm that you are not a compulsive gambler. You confirm that your use of the Services will not cause financial hardship to yourself or your dependants. If you believe you have a gambling problem, please visit our Responsible Gaming page immediately.

2.5 Verification. 77z7 reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a national identification card, passport, birth certificate, or utility bill. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 77z7 may result in suspension or closure of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the 77z7 platform. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared payment methods, or shared IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 77z7 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any winnings derived from duplicate account activity, and retain deposited funds pending investigation.

3.2 Accurate Information. When registering, you must provide complete, accurate, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid email address. You undertake to keep this information current at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. All activity conducted through your account whilst your credentials are in use will be attributed to you and treated as authorised, regardless of whether you personally authorised it. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 77z7 immediately by contacting [email protected].

3.4 Account Security Practices. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform;
• Log out of your account fully after each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Not access your 77z7 account over unsecured or public Wi-Fi networks without a VPN;
• Notify 77z7 promptly if you become aware of any security breach affecting your account.

3.5 Non-Transferability. Your 77z7 account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, pledge, or otherwise dispose of your account or any balance held within it to any third party.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 77z7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank internet banking, City Bank internet banking, BRAC Bank internet banking, Islami Bank internet banking, and Sonali Bank internet banking. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred Bangladeshi Taka). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand Bangladeshi Taka). Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may be set at the account level, payment method level, or both, and are subject to change. Current applicable limits are displayed at the time of initiating a transaction within your account dashboard.

4.3 Currency. All transactions on 77z7 are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No multi-currency accounts are maintained. If a payment is initiated in a currency other than BDT, any conversion and associated costs are the sole responsibility of the player.

4.4 Deposit Processing. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your 77z7 account within two (2) minutes of successful initiation. Deposits via bank internet banking may take up to one (1) business day. 77z7 does not charge a platform-side fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.5 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by 77z7 within twenty-four (24) hours of submission on business days. Players must ensure that their account has passed all applicable identity verification checks before a withdrawal request will be processed. 77z7 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing funds.

4.6 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that belong solely to you. You must not deposit funds sourced from criminal activity, money lending, or any unlawful source. 77z7 reserves the right to implement anti-money-laundering checks on deposits and withdrawals and to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

4.7 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 77z7 reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts after this period, deducted from the account balance. Players will be notified by email before any deduction is applied.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. From time to time, 77z7 offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, which form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all bonus amounts credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus; unused bonus amounts and associated pending winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.

5.3 One Bonus Per Player. Each bonus offer is available to one eligible account per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times via separate accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus amounts and associated winnings, as well as potential account suspension.

5.4 Bonus Eligibility. 77z7 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any bonus at its sole discretion. Players who are found to be exploiting bonuses through low-risk or mathematically hedged play patterns may have their bonus eligibility withdrawn and any winnings derived from such play voided.

5.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. 77z7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in, any bonus already credited will remain active subject to its terms; new opt-ins will not be processed after the withdrawal date.

5.6 Seasonal Promotions. Special promotions may be offered during major sporting events (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, FIFA World Cup) and during Bangladeshi cultural occasions such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. These promotions are subject to their own terms and are available for a limited time only.

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets and wagers placed on 77z7 are subject to acceptance by the Platform. 77z7 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where it suspects irregular activity, technical errors, or where published odds were manifestly incorrect at the time of placement.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface at the time of play and may vary by game type, market, and player account tier.

6.3 Manifest Errors. In the event of a manifest error (including, but not limited to, incorrect odds, erroneous game outcomes, or system malfunctions), 77z7 reserves the right to void any bet or game round affected by the error. Where funds have already been credited to a player's account on the basis of a manifest error, 77z7 reserves the right to reclaim those funds.

6.4 Sports Betting Rules. All sports betting is governed by 77z7's Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately on the Platform. Key provisions include:

• Bets are settled in accordance with official results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football, ITTF for table tennis);
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the Platform's real-time risk management protocols and may be delayed or refused during periods of high activity;
• Bets placed on matches that are subsequently abandoned, postponed, or cancelled will be handled in accordance with the sport-specific rules published on the Platform;
• BPL and IPL cricket markets are among the most actively traded on 77z7; specific tournament rules apply and are published at the commencement of each tournament season.

6.5 Casino and Slot Games. Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation technology supplied by licensed third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. 77z7 does not control, modify, or influence game outcomes. 7.1 General Obligations. As a registered player on 77z7, you agree at all times to:

• Use the Services solely for personal, recreational betting and gaming purposes;
• Provide truthful and complete information to 77z7 upon request;
• Comply with all applicable laws of Bangladesh in connection with your use of the Services;
• Treat 77z7 staff, support agents, and other players with respect and dignity at all times;
• Keep your account credentials confidential and notify 77z7 immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.

7.2 Prohibited Activities. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Opening or operating more than one account, or assisting others in doing so;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information;
• Using software, bots, algorithms, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Services in any way that provides an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors — any such exploit must be reported to 77z7 immediately;
• Engaging in collusion with other players in any casino game or sports betting market;
• Engaging in match-fixing, sports manipulation, or any form of insider betting;
• Depositing funds sourced from criminal, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful activity;
• Charging back or reversing a deposit through your payment provider after placing bets with those funds;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 77z7 staff or other players in any communication channel.

7.3 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct. Where 77z7 identifies or reasonably suspects a breach of clause 7.2, it reserves the right, without prior notice and without liability, to suspend or permanently close the relevant account, void all pending and settled bets, withhold or forfeit account balances, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

8.1 Closure by the Player. You may request closure of your 77z7 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance (net of any bonus amounts that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method within ten (10) business days. Please note that once an account is closed, any active bonuses and associated pending winnings will be forfeited.

8.2 Responsible Gaming Closure. If you request account closure on responsible gaming grounds (i.e., self-exclusion), your account will be closed with immediate effect and no cooling-off period will apply. 8.3 Closure by 77z7. 77z7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it determines in its sole discretion that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The player has provided false or misleading information;
• The player's account is associated with fraudulent, criminal, or suspicious activity;
• Continued operation of the account would expose 77z7 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk;
• The player has failed to complete required identity or age verification within the requested timeframe.

8.4 Dispute Resolution. Any dispute arising from account closure, bet settlement, bonus treatment, or payment processing should be raised in the first instance with 77z7's support team at [email protected]. 77z7 commits to providing a substantive written response within five (5) business days of receiving a formal dispute notification. These Terms and any disputes arising under them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.

8.5 Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77z7 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of the Services, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, whether foreseeable or not. 77z7's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.6 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 77z7 in respect of the Services and supersede all prior representations, understandings, negotiations, and agreements relating to their subject matter.
